In this plan, the concept of designing a lighting system is made up of two main principles:
1. Light tells a story from the past to the future.
2. Viewer-friendly lightscope
Europe today is known to be a museum of architecture from the 1930s. Taking into account the construction of new buildings, and the potential for user and future development it is possible to envision a period of time spanning from the past to the future for the development of this site.
